Brought Together by Air Purifiers

In 2014, I visited Korea twice to attend ER China’s dealer conference in Seoul. At that time, I was responsible for promoting ECOWATER air purifiers. Due to the brand's positioning and the market timing, selling this product was challenging. However, after conducting multiple training sessions for dealers nationwide, we developed an effective strategy to bundle air purifiers with water softeners.

Throughout this process, I got to know all of ECOWATER's dealers in China and their teams, building not just sales connections but also friendships and trust. My frequent business travel allowed me to achieve Elite Plus Gold status with the airline just three months after joining the company.

Built Trust and Capability at Work

In the summer of 2016, Sunny became my boss, and together, we collaborated with the Singapore Technical Department to develop new products and channels. More importantly, he recognized that I excelled at "sharing and training" rather than just "sales promotion."

Under Sunny’s leadership, I expanded my focus beyond air purifiers to include projects like the '200G Commercial Direct Drinking Water Dispenser,' 'Graver filters for well-known brands,' and the 'Exclusive Sales of Pipeline Water Dispenser model 501.' These experiences have provided me with valuable industry knowledge for future category expansions.

Transitioning from Sales to Service

In 2018, I took over sales management in China's most developed region and had the honor of collaborating with the best service partners. Together, we grew with a hardworking young team that is now among the top sales performers in ECOWATER China.

In 2022, my challenge was to integrate business thinking into service and training enhancements. This was accomplished through four stages: sharing, practice, evaluation, and improvement.

As I approach my 10th year with ECOWATER, I’ve realized that proactively trying new things, being willing to change, and continuously seeking the most effective ways to influence human behavior are crucial for success.
